Dogs by breed A - F, Dogs by breed G - O, Dogs by breed S - Z
The stamps on this page are mostly CTO sets, which means that they were made especially for collectors. An advantage of CTO stamps is that they tend to have lighter and neater postmarks than ordinary stamps. They also tend to be very large, colourful stamps.
Special offer: ten stamps of your favourite breed for £5.00, or an average of £0.50 each if I have less than ten. I am happy to make up a customised, personal pack for you so that you can avoid duplicating stamps that you already have.

Pomeranian
Pomeranians are lively, talkative dogs, with a lot of willpower. They may look cute and cuddly, but their small size conceals a lot of willpower. These are spitz dogs, and need to learn house rules from when they are small. Well-trained Pomeranians can be very rewarding small companions. Rough and Smooth Collie
Many Americans call Rough Collies 'collies', which is confusing to Brits, who know that 'collies' are of course Border Collies! Rough Collies are also called 'Scottish' or 'Scotch' collies, or even 'Lassie' collies. I have included a Smooth Collie here as well. Rough Collies and Shetland Sheepdogs are often difficult to tell apart on stamps. Sometimes the stamps have the breeds labeled, other times you have to guess. Please check out Dogs S-Z for Shetland Sheepdogs.
Shown here, Collie pups from Azerbaijan £0.55, a very handsome Collie from Cuba, at £0.65, and East German Rough Collie jumping, at £0.45, a Rough Collie from Nicaragua (mint) at £0.65, and a Smooth Collie from Afghanistan (mint) at £0.65. I also have the minisheet from this set (not depicted here), showing a Rough Collie, at £0.95 mint.
More Rough Collies available, please ask.

Ordering stamps:
To order stamps, just email me alisonlever @ yahoo.co.uk and let me know what you want. I'll answer as soon as possible. This may not be the same day, but you do get personal service, and I am happy to search for stamps on just about any theme. There are a lot more stamps in stock than is possible to show here, so it's worth asking about your particular interest.
Please allow £0.95 (95p) if you come from anywhere in Europe, and £1.50 if orders are to be sent elsewhere. The postage charge is the same however many stamps you buy. This means that it's cheaper to buy more than one stamp, because the cost of packaging and postage is less per stamp. This reflects the time spent ensuring that the stamps are packed so that they arrive to you safely - it takes about the same time for one stamp as for larger orders.
Your stamps will be sent as soon as I receive payment. You can return the stamps and obtain a refund if they are not what you expected. Paypal is preferred, though other forms of payment can be negotiated. Euros are welcome as well as pound sterling.
